Training Advantages

EKG training solutions offer savings in three major areas:

Sample Products

EKG of South Carolina helps its clients transform their business practices and achieve optimal efficiency through the use of advanced training and productivity solutions.

EKG Keypad
Combining touch-key techniques (keying without looking at one’s fingers) and high-speed numeric keying procedures, it addresses applications such as dollar amounts and scan-line repair.  The system simulates live work by using images of a client’s document types, and by allowing users to choose the document format, and number, size and position of fields.
EKG Keyboard

Designed to teach data input skills, the program develops an operator’s basic alpha keying skills, and progresses to the alpha and alphanumeric conditions required for processing credit card applications, insurance claims forms, and invoices, among others.  Used for developing the skills of new and struggling operators, and enhancing the skills of seasoned operators.  EKG Keypad and EKG Keyboard can be used as standalone programs or as one integrated system.

EKG Balancing

Combines a software module that simulates the balancing function, and a range of lessons customized to educate balancing operators on the terms, workflows, documents, and errors that they will encounter in their operation.

EKG DocPrep Workstation

Designed to speed the accurate preparation of documents for image capture, the ergonomic workstation provides the necessary tools and equipment for operators to handle: large and small listing tapes; items with staples; inverted and/or reversed documents; torn or folded items; perforations; non-MICR documents; and errors or special procedures.  The station can be customized for any processing environment.

SD-1 Staple Detector

Eliminates transport jams and damage caused by staples or paperclips that may be attached to documents in an imaging

environment.  Handling up to 200 documents at a time, the device automatically detects staples and paperclips, visually and

audibly alerting the operator, while allowing ferrous inks (such as those used in MICR lines) to pass through.
